The BUCELE door and gate leaves are superior with reinforced door rabbets and with double cavity seals - a method developed by BUCHELE, which guarantees optimum sealing.

Another special feature of the BUCHELE doors is the fully developed, elegant hinge plate fixing in the door leaf, which means that it is directly connected with the door framing and not just welded onto the door leaf. This results in no ugly weld seams, and therefore no distortions. To ensure that the door leaves run smoothly, they are suspended on ball bearing runners. Of course, the leaves are made of top quality sheets of up to 4mm and are supplied in a solid, edged, smooth and folded design.

If you choose BUCHELE doors you will never be confronted with joints becoming rusty and dirty.

The doors are either available with colour prime finish (standard version) or galvanized and primed, made of special steel with brushed or raw finish. BUCHELE is also the only manufacturer in the field of high-class acoustics doors and gates made of special steel.

Our highly acclaimed acoustic door gates are equipped with worm-gear lock and latch, tall doors are equipped with an additional worm-gear lock in the upper and lower part of the door leaf. The eloxed locking levers with long plate are ergonomically shaped.

According to the acoustics factor, either wedge-type spring locks or ordinary latch catches can be supplied.

Noise Control and fire break: 2 in 1!

BUCHELE has successfully implemented fire retarding properties to acoustic doors- the acoustic doors and gates, T30 and T90. Quite an interesting statement if you consider the high demands necessary for providing both noise control and fire resistant properties.
